We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and the room was very spacious. The check in and out process was different than we were used to, but worked out just fine. If we ever come back this way, would definitely stay again.

Stay elsewhere—do yourself the favor

StY elsewhere, not here! What should have been a simple fix regarding the credit card on file turned into a six-message back-and-forth spread over the course of several hours. Very stressful and annoying when you’re trying to enjoy your vacation. Although we had no problem accessing our room, two other couples did. They were stranded in the parking lot and had to wait for someone to call them back. Yes—CALL THEM BACK. There is no staff member on site at the property, ever. The walls are paper thin. We could hear every single word our neighbors said to each other, and they were not being rude or loud. EVERYTHING about this property was constructed on the cheap, and it shows. The A/C unit is loud and the bathroom fan even louder. There is no ice machine or vending machine or anything on the property. There is also no security of any kind. Parking is convenient only for the first six guests. All others have to park away from the building. We chose this place because of its reasonable proximity to Jackson Hole and Geand Teton. What nobody told us is that the road connecting the two areas closes to all traffic at 6pm on Friday and doesn’t reopen until late Sunday night. Our short-ish drive ended up taking us 90 minutes each way. Far from ideal AND this was NOT disclosed by the property owners at the time of booking. Just don’t stay here!

This was a very rustic and run down motel. It was clean. There was no one in the office or on site. Our dog threw up on one of the blankets. I wiped the blanket clean as much as possible. It was a small spot. When I got the charges for the property it included $175 extra for the incident with my dog. I talked to the owners and told them that maybe a $50 fee would be appropriate and I would pay that but not the $175, they charged me anyway claiming that I did not tell them I had a dog. When we arrived at the property I went to the office with my 7.5 lb dog in my arms to ask them if there was anything special that I needed to do because of my dog. The office was unlocked but there was no one there. I even yelled loudly when I was in the office to see if there was no one there and I got no response. I am not sure if there was a place on the reservation site to mark if I had a dog.

Horrible stay

We never saw a desk attendant when were there and they rarely answered the phone but did text. The air conditioner did not cool the room and when i asked about it i was told that it is a good air conditioner. Never an offer to look at it or move us to a different room. I suffered from the heat and didnt sleep well at all. Pillows were flat and we asked for some more but nothing. There wasnt any lotion in the dispenser and the shampoo and conditioner were switched. The trim that joins two floors together in the doorway of the bathroom is not attached and my husband stubbed his toe on it. I did as well but with shoes on. There was not any ice. For the price we paid they should of been more accomodating. At least the room waa clean. When i sent them a text msg about all of the issues they did not to respond at all. Not even an im sorry for the issues you experienced. Will not stay here again and will tell everyone we know to avoid this place.
