Private: large garden wildlife garden and trees, natural garden. Terrace, garden furniture. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking on the road. Grocery 600 m, supermarket, restaurant 100 m, bar 100 m, bakery 500 m, bicycle rental 600 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Viareggio" 2.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school, sailing school 500 m, tennis 2 km, sports centre 2 km.
