Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited in the house. Blankets, sheets and bath towels are included in the price, as well as the normal consumption of water, electricity and gas. Compulsory cleaning. Perfecto!

This place was absolutely perfect! We were greeted on arrival with smiling faces and some prosecco. The apartment was on the first level and had a private driveway with gate and a nice shaded area with picnic table to lounge outside. The front also had lawn chairs, table, andawnings that could be extended to give ample shade from the sun. The was plenty of privacy and the home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were not lacking any amenities and kitchen was fully stocked. Bathroom was a good size as was the shower. Beds comfortable. Home was very clean. The main living area was large. All windows had screens to keep out bugs. The is a supermarket and a downtown area within ten min walk. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

perfekter Urlaub in Lago del Torre Puccini

Die Wohnung ist exakt so, wie sie auf den Fotos beschrieben ist - sogar noch besser, denn hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Glasvorbau, in dem man direkt nach dem Strand seine Sachen aus dem Auto lagern und abwaschen kann (Waschbecken mit Schlauchbrause - perfekt, so kommt kein Sand in die Wohnung) :-). Hier findet sich auch die Waschmaschine, kostenlos zu nutzen und Wäschestander, Wäscheklammern etc, alles da! Der Check in mit Renzo war super unkompliziert, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, eine kleiner Piccolo mit Chips stand bereit und die Besichtigung auf Wunsch auf Englisch wurde kurz und bündig durchgeführt. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind jeweils klimatisiert, dazwischen liegt das Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Alle Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmerfenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen, es gibt für Wohnzimmer und Wohnküche (perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was das Kochherz begehrt, sogar scharfen Messern!) Mückenspiralen liegen auch für die Gäste bereit. Hier ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden. Man kann vor dem Haus sitzen oder schön im Schatten am Rand des Hauses in der Einfahrt. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, hier passen auch zwei Autos hintereinander rein. Für Fragen steht Renzo immer gerne zur Verfügung und er hat uns viele Tipps rund um Restaurants, Ausflüge etc gegeben - super. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal!! Die Gleise (fü alle google maps Nutzer) führen ca. 200m an der Siedlung vorbei, wir haben die Züge allerdings nur Abends mal schnell vorbeirauschen gehört, tagsüber ist man ja eh am Strand oder auf Kulturtripp und Nachts habe ich gar nichs gehört. Gute Fenster und Rolläden in allen Räumen! Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten Fahrt, zu Fuss müsste man ca 35 Minuten laufen. Der Ort ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und man hat alles, was man braucht. Nach Pisa fährt man gerade einmal 15 Minuten, nach Lucca ungefähr 20 Minuten mit dem Auto - geht auch mit der Bahn, kostet fast nix und man ist direkt im Zentrum der beiden Städte, die sich sehr lohnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können allen weiteren Gästen dieser Ferienwohnung unsere Emfehlung aussprechen - nochmals lieben Dank an Renzo und seine Frau für die tolle Beherbergung! Geschmackvolle moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einem gepflegten, sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand und die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles Notwendige. In den Betten liegt man gut, die Ausstattung ist modern und geschmackvoll. Sowohl das Einchecken als auch das Auschecken verliefen vollkommen problemlos, die Kommunkation mit Renzo und seiner Mutter verliefen immer unkompliziert und wir bekamen sehr schnell Antwort. Auch die Nachbarschaft im Haus war freundlich. Bar und Bäckerei sind in zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung in Torre del Lago Puccini.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Familie hat uns herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Das Meer war sehr schön. Einen Einkaufsladen und Bäckerei ist nicht weit weg wir sind zu Fuß hin gelaufen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Liebe grüße Familie Mesch
