Was woken up at 5am by a boy racer in the adjoining car park doing doughnuts for 15mins. The room was large but very poorly designed. We arrived on a Friday evening and the outside dining was excellent with music and a great vibe. The surrounding area lacked charm but we managed to find a nice coffee shop and a chocolate museum. Hotel had a swimming pool which I wished I had used but was not well advertised. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

This hotel served as a transit stop whilst on a road trip. We did not appreciate how far out of town it was when we booked. Thankfully they had their outside dining option available. Our room was at the front and therefore noisy due to the restaurant/bar being below us. We also experienced “boy racers” at about 3am doing donuts in the retail car park across the road. We had not picked up that there was no air con at the hotel at the time of booking. It was uncomfortable but not unbearable.

This a very nice property located on the doorstep of Belgian hilly East. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bedding was perfect.

I stayed here when I was in Belgium in business. The hotel is lovely and spacious as was the room. The service was excellent and the food was very good too. Lovely music playing in the evenings and large windows I can leave open while I enjoy the music and vibes.

My room had a sheer drop down some steps right from the front door and there is no electric in the room until you put slot your key in, and i dropped down those stairs and could have hurt myself. when I reported it to reception the lady found it somehow amusing. later my colleague and i were both separately berated by a member of staff about a booking not honored... we had no idea what he was talking about and it had nothing to do with us. The bed itself is perched on top of ridiculously steep stair case... crazy place. Won't return , rude staff.

This is a big hotel and very busy. Hotel staff were very friendly, but at times very busy and waiting time (for lunch or dinner) could be annoying. Breakfast had a good variety, but a lot was missing because it was so busy. The town was not very nice and dining out you have to make sure you book for any nice restaurant.
