Property was clean and conveniently located only a block from the arena and close to taxi and bus service at Piazza Bra.
There were 3 problems:
1-Expedia listed a non-working phone number for the property. I therefore could not contact the property for any late check-in instructions and transfers from the airport as noted in Expedia’s information for the property.
2-Because the property office is open daily from 10a-12p (2-hours) for check-in; I had to change my afternoon flight reservations to an early morning flight to arrive at the property during the 2-hour window for check-in. I arrived in time and checked-in. The manager Frederico, noted I used a wrong number Expedia listed for the property, hence non-response from the property.
3-Regardless of the wrong number listed, it did not explain Expedia’s non-responses to my multiple text and e-mail requests for help.
However, once checked-in, the property was wonderful.
