We got to our floor and the entire floor smelled musty. The carpet in our room felt slightly damp. There was what appeared to be blood on the blanket for the bed, it looked like it had been through the wash but the stain was still there. I went downstairs and the guy at the front desk apologized and got me a new set of bedding right away which was nice, but the new blanket we were given was shredded in multiple areas - it looked like it had been eaten through by moths or something. It was already late so we just roughed it out.

Room was clean and cold by the time we checked in however I purchased a king size bed for my stay and it felt like it was a full-size or a queen mattress. Anything that was metal inside the room was kicked in rust., carpet was wet and felt moldy, of your signs of water stain on the ceilings, outdated television, did not feel cozy at all. This was only a place to lay my head for the night.. I would not even think of spending a second night.

Elevators out of compliance. Safety Hazard.

The morning staff, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff were wonderful. The hotel is extremely out dated. The carpet, furniture, flooring, and other amenities were falling apart and the elevators inspection certificates expires in August of 2025 (it’s now October). We paid for a king suite and were given a double bed with a king suite rate and told that they don’t have any king beds on the property. The evening staff kept telling guests that the room keys were deactivated and the only he had a master key to allow guests in and out of their rooms. When another couple requested to be let into their room he told them they had to sit and wait until he was ready to walk them upstairs and when they understandably complained he hopped over the counter and threatened physical violence. The sprinkler systems are rusted over and the carpets are damp throughout the building. There were prostitutes waiting for rides in the lobby and the evening staff was making cash deals out front. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this property. I can’t believe Hotels.com would do business with them.

This is the “king” suite we booked. When we complained we were told they don’t have any king. Beds available on the property. That’s false advertisement. We paid for an accommodation that doesn’t exist.
This was the very small king suite bathroom.
Carpets were torn up and multiple tiles were cracked or missing pieces throughout the building.
