Unsanitary bathroom. Staff responded to clean the toilet-thankfully housekeeping had evening staff - but the room should never have been cleared as an available room. The hotel was fully booked so we could not get another room.

The front desk receptionist was perfect. The hotel overall was great. The only downside is that there is a air conditioner issue at this hotel. The AC units don't blow very cold and the room feels muggy/humid. I tried different settings, and waiting to see if any imrpovWe changed rooms to see if that would change things and it didn't. Rooms 329 and 323.

Food was fresh. More low sugar/sugar free options could be offered. The area to the hotel from Route 60 coming from the east could be improved to feel safer and more desirable at night, but that's beyond the property's control.
