Quiet part of village
We enjoyed our three night stay. Very few steps to get to the apartment. We never used the kitchen other than for espresso in the morning. The bathroom though adequate was a little dicey to get into. There are two steep steps to enter and you had to be very cognizant that your first step out of the shower could result in an accident. My wife and I are in our late sixties and in good health and agility, but if you have any health or stability issue, I cannot in good faith recommend staying hear. On other notes, the AC was great and having the little terrace to sit outside at the end of the afternoon to watch the masses of day trippers leave was great. Restaurants down by the dock were excellent. Also Vernazza is the best swimming village in my book. I took the hike to Corniglia one early morning and the one to Monterosse, the latter much more difficult to do. Hope that all helps.
