The tropical farm rural acre with a tropical feel sprawling views 5 mins to town

The tropical farm is set on 1.3 acres of private property with sprawling rural views over the neighbouring farms, it is extremely private as we only have one neighbour which is located 200 metres away. The gardens are all tropically inspired to make it feel like you are at a resort, the property is set up with a 6 person spa,sauna and gym equipment. There are three main grassed areas on the property one is fully fenced so you can bring your furry friends along the other two are set up for the kids or adults to enjoy. The house comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining and lounge equipped with everything you need there is a reverse cycle split system in the lounge but also an inbuilt wood heater which is fantastic in the winter months.two large decks on set up for outdoor relaxing and cooling that family bbq
