A well equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and microwave and a dining area with enough seats for everyone. There are comfortable couches in the loungeroom along with TV and DVD, so you can enjoy a movie. Sliding doors lead out to the large deck with a bbq and outdoor setting, so you can enjoy a meal in the beautiful sunshine.
Split system heating and cooling will keep you comfortable whatever the weather.
With plenty of parking options available, this fully fenced property also welcomes your pet - by application only and strictly outside.

It was a cosy 3 bedroom house, with only short distance to the beach which was great. Great lock up area for pets.
If there was or is a negative the outside of the house was need cleaning especially the windows which were some what off putting with all the bird droppings on them.
I had to clean two windows upstairs that i could get to and wipe the droppings off.

Pet Friendly stay in Ventnor
Great home in Ventnor, Phillip Island. We enjoyed this cosy home and loved that it was pet friendly for our little cavoodle. The backyard is fully enclosed and the property is walking distance to the off leash pet friendly Ventnor beach.

New Year Get together
The property exceeded expectations. Upon arrival we found a lovely welcoming card from the hosts and a couple of bottles of quality local wines. Apart from the stayz interface, it was very reassuring to have a local agent's office with a few kilometres. Thankyou Tracey and Max!

Comfortable house that caters beautifully for our puppies
House had everything that we required and the dog enclosure for our puppies meant that they had shade and were safe 🥰
