Etre capable de conduire dans de toutes petites routes d'accès, mais le rêve au niveau du lieu, un peu moins de dormir dans une chambre borgne... Mais, dans la vie, on ne peut pas tout avoir !

Das Anwesen und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und schön. Auch der Ausblick und schnelle Zugang zum Meer sind perfekt. Nicht schön war, dass die Küche nicht sauber war und das Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster ist. Ich empfand die Unterkunft unpassend für Kinder: es waren viele Rentner vor Ort, die um Ruhe baten und man durfte den Rasen nicht betreten. Am Pool durften die Kinder auch nicht spielen und mussten leise sein. Das ist verständlich, aber darauf hätte man auf der Internetseite hinweisen müssen

1. Wohnungsbeschreibung oben ist falsch: Es sind 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnimmer,Küche und Bad. 2. Alles super in Ordnung 3. Der Hausverwalter ist super! freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent, jederzeit ansprechbar.Wohnung war warm, gemütlich, super sauber und er hat sich bestens um alles gekümmert! Großes Lob! 4. Einziger Mangel: kein WLAN. 5. Ich würde gern für 2021 Januar in der Zeit des Zirkusfestival in Monte Carlo bereits vorbestellen!

Die kapriziöse Vila Botti läss...

Die kapriziöse Vila Botti lässt nicht nur das Herz von Palazzi–Fans, Gartenliebhabern und Sonnenanbetern höherschlagen. Es ist auch ein Paradies zum Relaxen, Baden und Schnorcheln sowie für Stand–up–Paddling und Bootstouren – ob im Kanu, Schlauchboot oder auf der Segeljole. Bei perfekter Lage mit privatem Meerzugang, in einem sinnvoll gestalteten Wohlfühl–Apartment auf 2 Etagen mit großer Terrasse, in einer sehr gepflegten und großzügigen Anlage und in sehr sympathischer Nachbarschaft verweilt man gern und kommt ganz sicher wieder! Auch Hunde sind gern gesehene Gäste und willkommen. Soviel Traumurlaub lässt vorbeifahrende Züge einfach vergessen und die relaxte Atmosphäre ungestört. Reisetipps: Latte ist der perfekte Start um sowohl die italienische als auch die französische Riviera zu erkunden – ob zu Land und zu Wasser! Genuss pur – egal wohin man fährt!

Die Beschreibung von Interchal...

Die Beschreibung von Interchalet ist zutreffend. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Geschirr ist sehr reichlich vorhanden. Lediglich der Backofen funktionierte nicht und es gab nur zwei Töpfe. Der große Garten des Palazzo und der kleine Strand (sogar mit Duschen!) sind genial. Auch die Terrasse direkt vor der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Allerdings ist die Bahnlinie direkt neben der Terrasse (etwa 5 m entfernt, auf einem der Photos als Mauer mit Geländer zu sehen). Wir empfanden die Züge als recht störend. Der erste Zug fährt um 5:26h. Das Schlafzimmer ist winzig, hat nur 1,90 m Raumhöhe und nur eine schmale Tür zur Belüftung. Es gibt wie beschrieben kein Fenster, aber auch keine sonstige Belüftung. Wir konnten darin nicht schlafen und wichen auf das Schlafsofa im Erdgeschoss aus. Die Zufahrt ist sehr schmal. Der Tunnel zur Unterquerung der Bahnlinie ist nur 2.50 m breit. Für Autos mit langem Radstand ist das recht anspruchsvoll. Die Garage dagegen ist riesig (lang genug für Auto plus Anhänger) und mit einem Kran (Laufkatze, 500kg) zum Wassern von Booten ausgestattet! Reisetipps: Restaurantbesuche gehen nur mit Auto. Uns hat das meereskundliche Museum in Monaco sehr gut gefallen (schöne Aquarien). Dieses hat auf seiner Dachterrasse auch ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant.
