Situado en el corazón palpitante de Venecia, este apartamento que toma su nombre de la corte veneciana donde se encuentra, goza de una posición increíble, a solo unos pasos de St. Iglesia de Juan y Pablo, a diez minutos del puente de Rialto y la plaza de San Marcos, a diez minutos de Fondamente Nove, desde donde tendrá conexiones con las islas Lido y Giudecca, Murano, Burano y Torcello.

Piso recién restaurado y acogedor situado en el primer piso (sin ascensor). El apartamento cuenta con una espaciosa habitación doble con una cama king size, una sala de estar donde encontrará un sofá convertible muy cómodo para dos personas y una mesa de comedor, una cocina moderna y totalmente equipada, todo decorado con gusto y estilo. Al final de tu día de caminata, puedes relajarte disfrutando de un baño tibio en invierno o dándote una ducha fresca para refrescarte de los días de verano ... esto es lo que ofrece el baño. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment

Our family of 3 traveled here from the USA, and couldn’t be happier. Very well stocked with everything you could need including coffee, plenty of towels, bedding and other extras. The manager was very easy to communicate with and was able to get us into the apartment as soon as we arrived well before check in. The place is located walking distance to everything you need, yet away from the congestion of the main tourist areas of Venice. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would not even try looking for another apartment.

A great stay!

The stay could not have been better. The apartment was far enough away from the tourist areas to not be overrun, but close enough to visit within a 10-15 minute walk. Everything we needed was nearby; plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The host contacted us before we arrived and told us where to meet her, then led us to the apartment and gave us a tour of the amenities. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Short stay in Venice

We were so impressed with the booking. From the minute we booked until after we left, the communication was prompt and amazing. We were given detailed instructions on how to get there. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a short flight of stairs but compared to other peoperties we stayed at these were the most modern and easy (we had both checked and carry on baggage). There are many quaint stores and restaurants close by. We were given maps, and recommendations, including helping arrange a private tour of a glass factory. Highly recommend and if/when we go back, we will definitely check for openings.

Beautiful spot

We stayed at this residence for two nights, it was extremely clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms had extra stock of everything needed. Kitchen was quite well stocked also, if you wanted to cook in the room. The hosts were very accessible via WhatsApp, and provided very good recommendations as to where to eat and visit throughout Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to others.

Excellent stay in Venice

Enjoyed our stay in Venice (minus the rainy weather) the apartment was perfect, had everything we needed and more. It was clean and cozy and easy to find with the incredible directions provided. Daniela was responsive and checked in to make sure we are okay and see if we needed anything, it was a nice touch! Would stay here again.

Perfect oasis for a hot summer in Venice

Great apartment!

We are a family of three traveling with one teenager. This apartment was great for us in every way. It’s in a very charming and less touristy neighborhood where we found great restaurants. Also, communication with Daniel was great and she gave us a video that showed us exactly how to find the apartment. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you could need for comfort. There is no view or balcony, but we really didn’t spend that much time in the apartment mostly just used it to sleep and get ready every day. It is decorated very well and it is very sweet. The beds are very comfortable.

More than we could hope for

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. Has AC, coffee makers, toaster, full kitchen...really everything you could think of. The owner Daniele was so helpful, providing suggestions for places to see and eat, and even sending someone to meet us at the water taxi so we could have an escort to the flat. The helper showed us how everything worked and even delivered a small welcome package of cookies and wine. We felt very welcome and the location is near everything. 15-20 minute walk to Rialto Bridge, the water taxi stations, St Mark's Square - all were easy to access. Several very good restaurants within a few blocks. We both loved our experience and hope to do another trip to Venice soon.

Luxury Peaceful Apartment in the Heart of Venice

This apartment is around the corner from the historic Piazza of the Basilica SS Giovanni e Paolo, in a local neighborhood with everything a tourist needs. The apartment is tucked into a quiet passage with large windows and cross breezes. It is newly renovated, and has every comfort, including a cook’s kitchen, large living and dining area, and beautiful bedroom with a comfortable bed and pillows! Fast WiFi. Romantic decor. Great bathroom. AC/heat and a large fan. Daniela is a super host. I would definitely stay here again.

Super Apartment, Super Lage

Sehr sauber, für 2 Personen sehr grosszügig undgut eingerichtet. Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Innerhalb weniger Minuten Fussweg gibt es sehr gute Lokale. Lage ist hervorragend, da abseits der Touristenmassen. Trotzdem ist das Zentrum und auch die Vaporetto Verbindungen sehr schnell zu Fuss erreichbar.

Great cozy apt close to sight

Amazing apartment with very kind and helpful host. The apt is right off of a water bus stop so not too much walking with your luggage. The host gave videos on exactly how to get to the apartment which was very helpful on our first day in Venice. The place was close to a lot of the sights around Venice. Hot shower available at all times. AC and a fan available. Host gave us a lot of recommendations of the area. Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing Stay in Venice with Exceptional Hosts!

From the moment we booked our stay in Venice, communication with our host, Daniela, was seamless and reassuring. Daniela reached out to ask for our arrival time and provided clear, detailed directions from the train station to the water bus dock, making our journey stress-free. Upon arrival, her assistant, Cristina, was waiting for us and graciously walked us to the apartment. The apartment itself was immaculate, with every corner spotless and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well-stocked with essentials, including water, tea, and everything needed for cooking. This thoughtful touch made us feel right at home. Daniela and Cristina went above and beyond with their local knowledge, offering fantastic restaurant recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location of the apartment was perfect—nestled near charming local bars, shops, and the water taxi stop. It was just a short, pleasant walk to St. Mark's Square, placing us right in the heart of Venice's vibrant atmosphere. Our stay was lively and memorable, and we highly recommend Daniela and Cristina's apartment to family and friends. Cozy Apartment

We loved our stay, Daniela and Cristina were so helpful and met us at our water bus stop. They provided helpful directions including which water buses to take and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself had everything we needed, iron and ironing board, washing machine and clothes drying rack, towels and bedding, we can’t say enough about this place. The apartment is located in a great area of Venice that we likely would have missed and we’re glad we didn’t. Perfect for after dinner strolls by the water side. Safe and comfortable apartment!

Venice visit

We had a wonderful stay in Venice. Daniela was a wonderful hostess. She met us at the water bus and escorted us to the property. She was incredibly helpful and continued to check on us throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. Our only regret was that our time there passed so quickly. If we ever return to Venice, we will certainly try to stay here again. Thanks Daniela
