En el centro de Venecia, solo para vivir como un verdadero veneciano.
A tiro de piedra del puente de Rialto, el famoso mercado, y a pocos minutos de la Piazza San Marco, la Basílica dei Frari, y cerca de la parada del vaporetto, muy conveniente para explorar la ciudad con comodidad, con clima y calefacción independiente, lata totalmente equipada acomodar hasta seis personas, o seis amigos. Ideal en todas las estaciones, para vivir en Venecia como protagonista de tus vacaciones.

Si se solicita, en el caso de solo dos personas y, con un avance mínimo de dos semanas, para dormir en habitaciones separadas, se requieren 20 € más por el costo de la lavandería.

No realizamos cambios en las camas de última hora, si se solicitan, en cualquier caso, se debe pagar la suma de 20 euros a la persona que realiza el servicio de cama.

Apartamento bien situado

Muy bien situado, al lado de la estación S. Silvestro. Apartamento muy amplio, y la localización y recepción con Alberto muy buena. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la casa es escasa, a pesar de estar incluido dicho servicio en el precio. Las camas no estaban hechas. Al llegar tuvimos que pagar a Alberto el impuesto turístico según los que íbamos. En otros apartamentos este impuesto está incluido en el precio.

Great location and spacious!

Booked this apartment many months ahead for our stay the end of May. Sylvia met us at the waterbus stop and we did not walk far! You do walk up 2 sets of stairs to get to the apartment. It is very spacious and clean. My family ended up getting take a away pizza 2 night in a row and we ate in. There is air conditioning that works and gets cold, however the one unit is outside the bedrooms. You need to sleep with the bedroom doors open otherwise the bedrooms get hot and stuffy overnight. The bathroom is a tight squeeze, especially getting in the shower. The whole place js renovated but I think they couldve done something better to layout the bathroom. The shower is very small. The door opening will not accommodate anyone who is overweight without literally squeezing yourself in between the door openings. The lever to turn water on is on the shorter wall so you are always bumping it. Plenty of space in the kitchen and the fridge is a good size with a nice size freezer. The living room is huge with 2 large sofas and a dining table. Again, a better designed floor plan durijf renovation they could've added a washer and dryer and that woudlve been a bonus. There is a clothesline outaide the bedroom windows. The snaller bedroom could have a ceiling fan instead of chandelier to help with air floor. That is the designer brain in me pointing out some things that can make it an even better place.

Very spacious and great location

We loved our stay! The apartment was way more spacious than it shows online. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. the hosts were very responsive and informative. The location could not be beat.

Perfect location

We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit.

Lovely accommodation

We felt right at home at this property. We appreciated the full shutters to block morning light and the extra blankets for cozy beds. The mattresses were a little too firm but we slept well enough. The building was nice and quiet and a great location for shopping and restaurants as well as sights. The owner was indisposed but sent a fabulous replacement who gave us helpful tips and good recommendations. She spoke multiple languages and was so pleasant. Our family of five fit the apartment well, and it was one of our favourite spots during our trip.

Excellent experience at Rialto Twin House. The hosts are super responsive, very outgoing and offer many helpful tips on how to navigate Venice and surrounding area. Accommodations are clean, well maintained, and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Close enough to the Rialto bridge yet tucked just far enough away so as to not be overrun by tourists. For us it was the perfect location, central to all of the sites we wanted to visit.

Sehr gut renovierte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage, ruhig gelegen unweit der Vaporettostation San Silvestro mit zahlreichen Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Schöne Winery vor der Haustür. Eine Stufe, die sich zwischen den Schlafzimmern und der Küche befindet, sollte farblich mit Leuchtband markiert werden, damt nachts keine Stolpergefahr besteht.Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer top.

Great location; easy access to water bus/transportation, super clean and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Alberto reached out with detailed instructions beforehand and arranged for Silvia to meet us at the water bus. She walked us inside and answered all our many questions with a smile! Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Venedig

Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern (Teenager) am Ende des Sommers 2022 da. Alberto und Silvia haben sich bereits im Vorfeld toll um unsere Anreise gekümmert und uns sehr wertvolle Tipps für unsere drei Tage in Venedig gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist für 6 Personen ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super: Die nächste Vaporetto-Station ist keine 2 Minuten entfernt, ein kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke und der Rialto Markt ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt etwas verwinkelt in einer kleinen, engen Gasse, dafür ruhig und kühl. Wie haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Danke Alberto und Silvia.

Unbelievable location - in the heart of everything without being in the way of day trippers coming i

Owner was great communicating everything and very specific on how to find the place. I suggest that the two couches be redone or replaced due to the humidity peeling the leather off, but we just put blankets over it. I think this is probably the best location you could be in - so much fun - THANKS!!!

Jederzeit wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Ein Steinwurf entfernt von der Vaporetto-Station, in einer engen Seitengasse im quirligen San Polo. Fünf Minuten zur Rialto Brücke und ca. 15 Minuten zum Markusplatz. Die Heizung war super und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Einziges Manko: Es gab etwas wenig Besteck.

Lovely place

Venice is always lovely to visit and this appartment is very near to the vaporetto station, has shops and restaurants nearby and is very comfortable. Two nice bedrooms, a nice lounge, a kitchen where you could cook and most importantly a hairdryer and an iron! Check in was quick and efficient and check out also! Can recommend the place wholeheartedly! Thank you we will be back!
