Enjoyed our stay very much. Was so near the beach and a lot of sites we wanted to see. House was perfect for what we needed. Was clean. Had everything we needed for the beach and more. Had everything we needed to make gourmet meals, including spices. We had a great vacation, and hope we can return someday in the future!

Location was perfect for us. Manasota beach was easy to bike to. The fenced in yard was a big bonus. The home was adequately furnished and had a lot of extras as far as beach gear, cooking vessels and such. Nice place.

The property was well stocked. Including everything from spices to beach chairs and barbeque grills.With regard to cleanliness; as the saying goes you could eat off of the floors.The owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating.

This is a tough one. I think I’ll go with pros and cons.Pros1. Spotlessly clean2. Well-stocked - The owners have provided everything you could possibly need for your trip.3. Angela with Evolve (manages the property) is very easy to work with.4. Pets welcome for a small fee and yard is fenced.5. Low price point6. Quiet neighborhood Cons1. Water pressure is horrible, I don’t think I got the shampoo out of my hair the whole week. It’s strongest in the kitchen, but still not good. 2. Soft water - combined with the lack of pressure, it was awful. It’s so soft you never feel like you’ve gotten clean. 3. The house is in a neighborhood and the rest of the homes were not well kept at all. I understand that this happens because of no HOAs to monitor. It was fine for us (2 adults, 2 dogs) and we weren’t there except at night. I wouldn’t stay again unless something could be done about the water.
