It was good good overall and location too but the hotel needs some update it is quite dated. Breakfast was a nice touch being included on the price but very average and with not a single fruit or vegetable is just mainly sugar. Not very eco friendly still using individual packs for toiletries. Not being able to pay by card in reception and having to leave the key everytime you leave, a bit weird. The older gentleman in reception was very friendly and professional.

It was extremely expensive for the services offered . the hotel was not in a great shape , old with broken washrooms and no amneties atall. breakfast was ok ish. staff was frustrated. our wasroom sink was about to fall , flush was broken , the shower was broken we asked them to move us to a new room. for the price charged to us it was a very very substandard hotel will never recomed a stay here.

Property was extremely dirty, old ghetto like. I stayed with my family and was the worst mistake to book it. The pictures in the website were a fraud. Bathroom is broken with drainage holes open with muddy water in them. Walls are broken. The whole place had mold growing from every corner and had this bad smell. Staff is extremely rude. Our room had a shower with three door missing. The room was meant for a queen been size and was turned into 4 bed by just keeping two twin beds on wheels in each size. The room had no space to walk straight. When i asked the staff about the shower situation they responded that the management is aware of the situation but still booked the room. Staff was completely rude and cold. Breakfast was cold disgusting with bread rolls hard and crumbly. I will not suggest this place to anyone even without family.

The location of the property is really convenient with the Tre Archi bus station exactly opposite the property. The front desk staff was very helpful in guiding us on how to travel across the city using public transportation.
