I stayed for two nights at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. First of all, there was no reception after 11 PM, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar: the rooms were dusty, and the bedding (sheets, towels, and blankets) was poorly maintained. I felt like I was in a farmer's cabin rather than a professional hotel. I hope corrective measures will be taken to improve the experience for future guests

poor site in industrial area

we didn't hang around after breakfast. Nothing in the area worth looking at so we headed straight for the ferry into Venice.

The hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable and it was very quier. There is not a lot around the area, although there is a bus stop for dropping off and one for picking up just outside for Venice/Mestre.

Very good

Very good one night stay, bus stop to Venice is just outside the hotel. There was air conditioning, mini fridge and a TV in the room. Room and bathroom weres clean. Bathroom is also well equipped for people with physical disabilities. There is a folded seat in the shower. And a handrail for helping to get on the toilet.

Hotel at a good price. The location is in Manghera, not Mestre. Mestre is a much nicer and bigger city, and closer to Venezia. So I recommend to find a hotel in Mestre. Hotel room was not really comfortable and clean. With a better location I would have give the hotel a better review, considering the price.

If you don't mind to take a bus to Venice for 20 min, mostly standing up - it's quite good. It's a friendly, family run business, very clean.

Decoration like an art galery. Lovely

The hotel is very nice: wonderful paintings in hall and rooms, very clean and bus stops just in front of the hotel. Good choices of food for the morning breakfest. The bus from venise or mestre stops just in front of the hotel. However, there is not much around as it is located on a high speed road. It was also difficult to find which bus to take from venise as bus driver did not know where it was. Hotel did not provide the buses to use.

Great little hotel situated around 15mins by bus to vanezia.. Great quality, and the staff were very VERY helpful to us!! Would definatly recomend this hotel..

Bad location!!!

Not only is it either a 50 Euro taxi from Venice area, or a cramped 30 min bus ride, and when you arrive at the hotel you see that it is right across the street from an industrial area, and your window is just feet from a busy street.

Location is Best Accessed By Public Transit

It was difficult to get from the hotel to nearby Venice Italy it was too expensive by taxi and the bus system was hard to use because the transit employees were not willing to help foreigners. The hotel was beutiful but located in an undesirable industrial area.

Hotel with a view of a Prison

You have to flag down the bus as it doesn't normally stop there, you get a view of the Prison accross the street from your room and that is really the only thing in the area everything else is a 20 minute bus ride away, hotel was newer and clean but rooms were small and showers smaller, nothing around to do and they upcharge on room after you've paid expedia you need to pay them an additional 58 euros a night to check out.
