The hotel is situated centrally within walking distance to main attractions in Venice. Aside from the low water pressure for the shower, everything was great! The breakfast could use some improvements and bedding could use an update. If these things were improved, the stay would be a plus plus. -Thank you very much for pleasant stay!

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable - we got good nights' sleep. Location was convenient to get around Venice. Staff were very accomodating. Breakfast had many options, including your choice of coffee/cappucino, etc. A/C worked well. Bathroom sink had plenty of counter space. Would stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to. It is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works really well. The staff is professional and very helpful. They helped us arrange a water taxi to the airport on a short notice even during the busy film festival.

Well Maintained Hotel in Good Location

The room was small but very well maintained, in a great location, and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room for a family of 4. The room had 3 beds in tight quarters but everything in the room was well maintained and laid out. The location was convenient to walk to the main tourist areas without being crowded.

We loved being close to St Mark’s Square. Our room was great, with excellent air conditioning. We had a lovely breakfast and the staff was so nice. We would loved to have had more time there.
