The place is very central. We were so fortunate to have the balcony room. Love the place. The bar below can be loud but didn’t bother us. Would have been great if they had music. Air Conditioner was leaking but it wasn’t that hot. We were able to use the fan.

Internet good air-conditioning worked well. Recomend that no heavy bags unless your able to handle them. No elevator. We were on the third floor. Being seniors it was a bit of struggle to haul a medium size suitcase up the stairs. Nice drinking establishment right outside the main door.

Most rooms don’t have a balcony ! But otherwise great property, located right above a an evening pub but no noise issues, just across the bridge from a main strip but in a less busy with many cafe/restaurant just down the road. I’m not sure how cooling goes in the summer I was there in April and a fan/open window was sufficient . Felt safe and away from the hustle but easy to join if desired
