The booking, check-in,location and property owner/manager was wonderful. Loved this location!

The overall experience was fantastic. Great property managers very pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much bother. Fantastic location! Exceptionally clean and quiet. A great family owned business. My only complaint, though very small, would be the mattress and pillows. After a long day exploring, we needed a comfortable bed. Great value! Why pay a fortune when you only need somewhere to sleep/retreat to. Loved it!

Si tratta di una camera in casa con i proprietari

Tratta in inganno dal titolo dell’annuncio che parlava di “intero appartamento-65 mq”. In realtà è una stanza con letto matrimoniale in casa con i proprietari. Quindi bagno e cucina condivisi con loro. Non sono rimasta a dormire perché poi ho cercato una sistemazione diversa dalla private room. Posizione comunque ottimale.

Место расположение идеальное - в центре Венеции, возле дома находятся рестораны отличного качества еды и совсем не дорого. Комната просторная и чистая , есть WIFI, кухня, кофе машина с капсулами. Хозяева очень приветливые и всегда на связи для любых вопросов и предоставления всей информации по туристическим местам. Советую воспользоваться этим местом.

Très bon accueil, petit appartement très propre sans prétention, literie confortable. Bonne situation dans un quartier calme à à peine 10min de la place St Marc. Attention des difficultés à l'arrivée car l'adresse est fausse sur Google Map ! Heureusement Ugo a été réactif pour nous guider. Il nous a donner ensuite toutes les indications pour un bon séjour.
