Idealmente Situado, Muy tranquilo, bueno para niños. El precio indicado en el anuncio es para 4 ó 5 personas. Hay un cobre extra para la 5º persona. El apartamento está próximo a la playa y en pleno campo. El apartamento dispone de 2 dormitorios, sala cocina, comedor y cuarto de baño. Tenemos también garaje y un amplio jardín con piscina, área de barbacoa y sillas para descanso y un bueno relax. En nuestro entorno es excelente para hacer caminadas, y disfrutar del la puesta del sol.

Relaxing retreat

Rosaria was so welcoming. The private salt water pool is amazing. The views are great and the nights are quiet for sleeping.

Peaceful stay in a beautiful location

Rosaria went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She lives in the house above the apartment so is readily available to help with any questions. The pool is amazing, with a view of the sea! The apartment has great facilities for self catering. We travelled as family with two young children. There is a very friendly cat, who we struggled to keep out of the house! A brilliant stay!

Lovely warm welcome from Rosaria and Bertil even though we arrived later than expected on a Sunday. They are a lovely couple and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them. They met us in the village and showed us the way to the apartment and told us everything we needed to know. They had supplied bread, butter, cheese, wine, crisps, water, milk, coffee and also fresh mangoes, avocados and almonds from their garden and eggs from their hens which was fabulous as the shops weren't open until the next day and we were tired from the journey. The apartment is well equipped with all the essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, herbs, washing up liquid, loo rolls, kitchen towels, bin bags etc so we didn't have to buy them which was great as so often they aren't supplied. The apartment is comfortable and on the side of a hill with a lovely sea view and within walking distance of the beach and the supermarket via the dry riverbed. The beach near Chilches is clean and quiet. Chilches itself is small, but the white hill villages inland and the beach resorts are within easy reach by car and you can leave your car near the bus stop on the coast road and take a cheap bus ride into Malaga. It's a great place to stay for a quiet relaxing holiday and at a very reasonable price.

Amazing, Idyllic, Perfect!

The host Rosaria met us at the entrance to Chilches and led us through the village, down a rural path lined with mango trees to the apartment. Absolutely stunning! There were treats when we arrived and water and drinks in the fridge and Rosaria is on hand if you need anything. Such a lovely lady, we had a problem with our hire car and she helped us to contact the company and sort everything out which we were so grateful for. We enjoyed many lovely evenings chatting over a drink and our grandson Isaac loved to feed the hens with her and he often came back proudly with freshly laid eggs! The location is Idyllic, so quiet and peaceful. The garden is beautiful with views down the hill side to the sea. The salt water pool is amazing, the water never got cold even at 10 pm! At night the garden looks stunning with the various lights in the trees and the pool. The apartment is all on ground level and has everything you need for self catering. We had plenty of space for 5 of us (4 adults and a 6 year old). In easy reach of the beach and all the costal resorts, supermarket within 10 mins drive. Enjoyed the night market in Rincon de la Victoria beach front (15 mins) and Isaac loved the bouncy castles and the pond with the turtles. The caves here are breathtaking. Fortaleza, a fort on the edge of Velez-Malaga well worth a visit with fantastic views from the top (25 mins). Cannot recommend this property enough it is absolutely perfect and we did not want to leave! Thank you Rosaria

Mejor, imposible!!!

Han sido unos días espectaculares en general . La anfitriona,Rosaria,muy amable y atenta en todo .La piscina es increíble y con una temperatura del agua que se podía estar hasta bien tatde a la noche y con un juego de luces que fue una belleza .Todo bien equipado , como si estuviésemos en nuestra propia cas a . Una casa inmejorable

Lacada es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Todo paz y tranquilidad. Limpieza de 10. Los anfitriones muy amables y siempre dispuestos. La piscina una maravilla. Por poner alguna pega las playas cercanas son de arena negra con bastante piedras y eso a nosotros no nos gusta. Pero la casa tal como la queríamos y más. Unos días geniales.

Muy bueno y completo. Los propietarios viven en el 2do piso y son muy cordiales y amables. El acceso a la propiedad es un poco complicado por lo que lo ideal sería contar con un mapa. En las fotos deberían incluir el portón de entrada a la Finca para poder identificarlo más fácilmente.

Perfect place for relaxing and feeling the spanish life

It was our third year coming and we will come again. We feel like we go to our parents in visit and we feel like home. Rosa is an amazing woman. She will be there for you if you need help our advices. Bertil is full of energy( at 82 years OMG) and redy for a chat anytime you want. His experience of life is amazing. A great man with great advices. He is so smart and well informed about everything. The place has everything, from beautiful walk paths to shops, restaurants. You are at 25min away from Malaga. I strongly recommend for families and well intended people. God give them helth and keep them the same because we want to come there every year. Traumhafte Lage, toller Blick - Ruhe & Erholung

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen, man fährt durch das Dörfchen Chilches und dann durch Mango- und Avocadopflanzungen auf dem Weg zur Finca/zum Apartment. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den Garten und das Meer ist sensationell. Die Bilder von innen und außen entsprechen eins zu eins der Situation vor Ort, ein geräumiges, komplett ausgestattetes Apartment umgeben von einem üppigen, grünen Garten. Bei schönem Wetter kann man dort auf den bereitgestellten Liegen ein Bad in der Sonne nehmen. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, eine für die Jahreszeit untypische Mischung aus Sonne, Wolken und Regen, insofern waren die zwei mobilen Heizkörper sehr willkommen. Rosaria versorgte uns zur Begrüßung mit frischen Eiern und Avocados von der Finca und sie stand uns bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber!

A country Retreat

The apartment is very comfortable, roomy and well equipped - It is lovely and quiet and peaceful, perfect for a quiet 'getaway' ! The hosts are very friendly and extremely helpful - I would recommend hiring a car, we didn't have one and Rosaria kindly took us to the local supermarket which was invaluable!

prachtig plekje onder de spaanse zon

Bij Bertil en Rosaria komen wij nu voor de tweede keer de hele maand januari. Op een dag na heerlijk zonnig weer gehad. Het strand is vijf minuten de berg afrijden over een goede weg. Heerlijk appartement in de natuur. Dit is een prima uitvalsbasis om Andalusië te ontdekken. De meeste interessante steden zijn op een uur of anderhalf uur te bereiken. Een auto is daarom onmisbaar. Volgend jaar al weer gereserveerd. Bertil en Rosaria zijn hartelijk mensen en vinden het heerlijk om met hun gasten te babbelen. Bertil raakt niet uitgepraat over zijn avonturen met zijn zeilboot. Ruim 20 jaar alle wereldzeeën bevaren met zijn vrouw. Bijzondere mensen.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cette merveilleuse maison au sommet de la colline avec vue sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont adorables et attentionnés tout en restant discrets.Nous avons même eu droit aux mangues et aux avocats du jardin.Nous y retournerons dès que possible.

Idyllische Lage, haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir wurden herzlich von Rosaria und Bertil empfangen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr über das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bemüht und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben und es ist alles vorhanden. Da wir in der Nacht anreisten, sorgte Rosaria sogar für ein kleines Frühstück :) Die Lage (Strassenanbindung) ist sehr gut, so das jedes Ziel in Umkreis von 60km, schnell erreicht ist. Uns hat es gefallen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Me, my wife and her parents had a wonderful 10 day stay here, in this picturesque place in the middle of the nature. The owners, Rosaria and Bertil were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, and made everything possible to have the best experience and enjoyable stay at their little paradise. The house is very clean and well looked after, and have everything you need to feel like home. Nice garden, flowers everywhere, wonderful sea view from the lounge, playground for kids, sunbeds and BBQ are completing your comfort. The apartment is very well located if you want to explore Andalucia, close to many beautiful cities like Malaga, Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada and only two hours drive to Gibraltar. For nature lovers Nerja Caves, Torcal de Antequera, Caminito del Rei are a must to see, gorgeous parks and countless beaches to enjoy along the coast. First time here, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and we're planning to come back soon. Many thanks for the wonderful owners Rosaria and Bertil! We strongly recommend this property for families and everyone who want a nice and quiet place in a marvelous location!

2-week lovely holiday in traditional Spanish villa

We had a lovely holiday at Rosaria and Bertil's home. It was a traditionally furnished, very spacious ground floor of their house. It was very well-equipped, not just for a holiday, but even for the everyday needs of an entire family. You could spend months there and you'd have everything you need.The kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils you can imagine, even coffee grinder and a standing blender. But the stove had no oven. But, there's barbecue in the garden instead.There were even spices and condiments in the kitchen. The house is surrounded by a large estate, filled with mango and avocado trees. They had 2 small dogs but they were friendly and very well-behaved. There were some hens and a rooster, which was unfortunately loud from the wee hours of the morning. We saw wild rabbits every morning in the garden. Another thing to keep in mind even though there were almost no mosquitoes, there were small flies everywhere because there is no screen on the windows. That would have been very useful to have installed. We had small 'pets' too every night, 2 small lizards, they were very cute and useful because they are eating insects. They were lazing around on the walls, content to keep to themselves. We weren't bothered by them, but if you are afraid, then keep in mind that they basically live everywhere in the Mediterranean coast and like to sneak into houses. Since the house is up on a hill, you get a very nice view of the sea when the weather is not very humid. You definitely need a car as a means of transportation, because you are a short, 8-minute drive from the beach. A supermarket is close by, next to the beach, where you can find everything. We arrived in the middle of the night, and Rosaria was very kind to explain us how to get there and waited for us at the bottom of the hill. She even filled up the fridge with water, wine, cheese, bread, eggs, tomatoes and 2 bowls with fruits, the eggs and mangoes her own produce. We would definitely recommend this place for everyone with enthusiasm, especially since it's a good starting point if you plan to go on day-trips to Malaga, Ronda, Granada or Gibraltar, and it's also close to some very good beaches if you plan on beach-hopping like we did. There were air mattresses and beach chairs in the garage left from previous guests and we could use all of them. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you for being excellent hosts, Rosaria and Bertil. We will never forget all the fresh juicy mangoes Rosaria!

Todo estuvo bastante bien aunque hay un gran inconveniente que son las gallinas. Ya que es difícil dormir ya que desde primeras horas de la mañana no paran.

La verdad es que el sitio es ideal para pasar una vacaciones. El trato con la anfitriona fue muy bueno aunque no nos gustó nada el trato del anfitrión diciendo como tengo que educar y hacer las cosas con mis hijos y con mi perro. Otro gran inconveniente son las gallinas ya que desde primera hora de la mañana empiezan a cacarear y no dejan dormir. Los niños estaban muy nerviosos por ello.

Ruhe, Erholung und Herzlichkeit

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Rosaria und Bertil muss man einfach ins Herz schließen - hilfsbereit, herzlich und humorvoll. Das Apartment ist geräumig, gemütlich, sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Supermarkt und Strand gleich in der Nähe. Das Apartment liegt mitten in der Natur und es ist alles schön angelegt. Ganz liebe Grüße und lasst euch gedrückt. Ingrid
