The charming Villa Antea with private pool is located near the town of Vela Luka, Island Korcula.
This one storey house can accommodate up to 5 persons in 2 double bed bedrooms.
Villa Antea is a wonderful new property. It is basically in the middle of nowhere, yet very close to
all you need while vacationing. The beach is at 1,5 km walking distance and the town of Vela
Luka is 3 km away.
Perfect for a total relaxing holiday for a family or a group of friends, to enjoy the peace and quiet
in a luxury of a completely equipped holiday home, with a private pool, of course.
The idea was to provide a comfortable and functional holiday home which has a feeling of a
home away from home. The outdoor barbecue area by the pool and the surrounding terraces
are nicely arranged and you are able to communicate easily, while always being able to find a
little getaway spot on the side for yourself.
It has a spacious and green, 5000 m2 large plot ,450m fenced plot. The interior of the villa
consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, one bathroom with
a shower. The open space room with lots of natural light contains the living and dining area, and
the fully equipped kitchen. This area is connected with the terrace that has an outdoor dining
table, and a separate grill kitchen. When you dine outside, you can overlook the beautiful
garden and the refreshing private pool. Kids playground for children are available, as well as a
trampoline.
All the interiors are fully equipped and air-conditioned offering the full comfort.
Villa Antea is perfect for charging batteries, but the area offers lots of options for an active
holiday as well. .
