Welcome to Haus Rieke, Bordumer Str. 13a, 105sqm

Our detached house Rieke offers you full equipment and space for up to six people.
They have a barrier-free ground floor with a bedroom and a handicapped-friendly shower room with wall bar / seat and toilet with side bracket. The very spacious living room has a modern fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with gas fireplace. This immediately develops safe warmth and a chimney feeling.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, a wellness bath with corner bath, floor-to-ceiling shower and double vanity and the large west-facing balcony. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset on the Jade Bay from the gallery. The floors are covered with tiles and cork.
Outside you have plenty of space on a south-west terrace with an electric awning and a small garden. Beach chair, sandpit, paddling pool and handcart for the little ones are not left out! There are insect screens on the bedroom windows / doors, also in the kitchen area. WLAN is available for a small fee. House Rieke also has a carport with a storage room for bicycles (handcart and buggy are available).

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Übergabe der Schlüssel klappte ohne großen Aufwand, auch auf die Frage nach einen 2. Schlüssel, gab es keine Diskussionen. Der kürzeste Weg zum Strand und Kurhaus, geht durch einen idyllischen kleinen Wald. Sehr sehr ruhige Lage, kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe und Natur. Das Haus war sehr sauber, leider mit kleinen Mängeln an den Plessees und Insektengittern vor den Fenstern. Wir hatten sehr sehr viele Stechmücken. Die Aufteilung mit 2 Bädern auf 2 Etagen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden. Wir würden sehr sehr gerne wieder kommen

Ein Traumwochenende

Ankommen, eintreten, wohlfühlen wie zuhause. Ich durfte in diesem Traumhaus meinen 60. Geburtstag verleben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nicht weit zum Strand. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem kompetent. Das Haus war sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Kamin. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!! Danke Frau Peters für die Nothilfe am Sonntag, Sie haben uns so sehr geholfen. Herzliche Grüße A. Hagen

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit großem ABER…

Die Sauberkeit im Haus ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Wir müssen nicht vom Fußboden essen können aber es waren an sehr vielen Stellen Spinnweben, dann war Schimmel in der Dusche, die Duschköpfe waren sehr verkalkt, an den Griffen in der Küche klebte Wrasen, die Duschtrennwände waren voll mit Kalk, auf den Fliesenprofilen lag viel Staub, durch ein Ameisennest vor der Terrassentüre kamen regelmäßig Ameisen rein und krabbelten teils über der Frühstückstisch. Andererseits waren wir sehr erschrocken über den Zustand der Ausstattung. An allen möglichen Wänden gab es Macken im Putz oder oberflächliche Verschmutzungen auf den Wänden, das Kinderbett war indiskutabel wackelig (zwei lose Schrauben), der netterweise zur Verfügung gestellte Rausfallschutz war so schmutzig, dass nach 3-maligem drüberwischen deutliche Verfärbungen auf dem Tuch zu sehen waren, auf einer Matratze im 1. OG waren unhygienische Flecken, das Furnier der Badezimmertüre war aufgequollen, das metallene Klemmregal hatte mehrere Rostflecken, der Sandkasten ist an einer Stelle durchgefault und gesplittert und die Plane schon völlig hinüber, damit aus Sicherheitsgründen völlig untauglich für Kinder. Nachdem wir unseren Urlaub aufgrund des beschriebenen Zustandes vorzeitig abgebrochen haben, wurde uns von Seiten des Vermieters versichert, dass das Reinigungspersonal nachgeschult wurde. Hinsichtlich des Zustandes erfolgte keine Stellungnahme. Sicherlich alles eine subjektive Meinung aber für uns leider nicht tragbar.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Super Ausstattung. Kurze Entfernung zum Wald und Strand und Spielplatz. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz, guter Ausstattung und guter Lage. Nur Preis für Extra Bettwäsche ist zu hoch. Mittel gegen Stechmücken nicht vergessen.

Die Einrichtung ist schön.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hell. Leider hat uns ein zweiter 🔑 gefehlt, da wir mit zwei Familien da waren. Paar Sachen waren defekt, aber das hat uns nicht viel gestört. Insgesamt ist das Haus echt super eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Würde ich nochmal mieten.
