The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, offering all the amenities for a smooth vacation.
The bathroom is fresh and includes a shower, WC, and washing machine. Air conditioning is available throughout the house, and outside awaits a generous 30 sqm terrace with outdoor furniture, a grill, and sun loungers – perfect for lazy summer days. The house also has fiber internet, a smart TV with Chromecast, and parking for two cars on the property.
