Neredeyse her şey mükemmeldi. Oda tertemizdi ve mis gibi kokuyordu (bu konuda takıntılıyım). Kahvaltı harikaydı, otel çalışanları çok kibar ve saygılıydı. Ama benim için birkaç sorun vardı. Otel odası çok sıcaktı ve sıcaklık ayarı yapacak herhangi bir konsol yoktu. Ben sıcak sevmeyen biriyim, klimayı açmaya çalıştığımda o da çalışmadı ve pencere açık uyumak zorunda kaldım. Pencereyi açtığımda ise direkt olarak yolun karşısındaki Hotel İstanbul'da kalan kişilerin odaları görünüyordu ve onlar da beni görüyordu. Konum olarak farklı bir alan seçilebilirdi. Bir diğer konu ise televizyon hiçbir şekilde kullanılamıyordu. Watch TV dahil hiçbir uygulama aktif değildi. Yine de bir sonraki Van ziyaretimde tekrar tercih edeceğimi düşünüyorum.

Otelin girişindeki karşılamadan, gördüğünüz tüm personele kadar ilgili, güler yüzlü, misafirperver karşılandık. Tertemiz mis gibi kokan odalar ve lobi. İlk kez gittiğimiz bir şehirde kendi evimizdeymişiz gibi konaklama yaptık. Park Dedeman Van ailesine çok teşekkür ederim.
