Villa D'Arezzo is composed by a whole of 3 apartments. The advertisement refers to apartment no. 2, which is about 60 square metres for 4-6 people at the ground floor of the villa. The house was built in the 80's, and it has been completely renewed in 2007; it is really close to the beach and it has the privilege of being in a calm and peaceful narrow street, where only six villas are located. Just 20 metres from your residency there is a wide parking lot from which you can easily accede to the beach through a wooden footbridge. Such distance from the sea will allow you not to be slave of cars and traffic jam all the holiday long. If you are tempted and delighted by calmness and if you do like to be in touch with the nature, in particular after a stressful and intensive year, this is the most suitable place for you and for your family. You will have at your disposal 2km of splendid and "free" (you do not pay any fee to go there) beach, but at the same time there will be bay-watchers that will keep an eye on you safe. In case you wished to stay for more than a week, there will be a discount. What else...Enjoy your holiday!

Krásná dovolená
Skvělá poloha u krásné písečné pláže, pláźový kiosek, v docházkove vzdálenosti obchod, bar, autobus. Vedle v obci restaurace. Velice ochotný majitel. Apartmán vhodný pro pár nebo rodinu s dětmi. Užili jsme si pěknou dovolenou.

Die Lage neben dem schönen Strand ist herrlich, die Unterkunft ist schön und hat alles, was man braucht! Wir durften im Hof parken, ein paar Kilometer weiter sind Supermärkte mit allem, was man braucht - Preis/Leistungssieger: Eurospin. Die Vermieter haben nebenan gewohnt und waren sehr freundliche Nachbarn :-). Man konnte kochen, essen (auch draußen), fernsehen, wie daheim... Hinweis: Bei der Hinfahrt hat uns google-Maps zwei Straßen weiter geschickt, daher unbedingt den Lageplan in der Beschreibumg beachten!

Vacanza ottima: la struttura rispecchiava quanto previsto e la signora Angelina è stata molto disponibile e gentile. La casa è praticamente in fianco ad una splendida spiaggia che ci ha fatto godere in pieno il meraviglioso mare. Unico neo della struttura: la mancanza del bidet in bagno. Esperienza positiva: sicuramente da ripetere! Lisa

Tolle Lage
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung gut eingerichtet und arrangiert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben ihre Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock. Die beiden unteren Wohnungen liegen nebeneinander und teilen sich eine beschattete Terrasse mit 2 Sitzgruppen. Es gibt weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus, die für alle Gäste zugänglich sind. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

Super Strandlage
Die Lage ist wundervoll, strandnah und ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Leider ist die Beschreibung (Übersetzung?) etwas verwirrend, so glaubten wir auf Grund der Fotos, eine Terrasse mit Meerblick zu haben. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schöner Platz zum Erholen.
