The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: The pool was closed and I didn’t see anything with the opening dates. The area is quiet and nice. The hotel is very far away from the city center, there’s nothing within walking distance. We arrived on a Sunday and even the public transportation was a challenge since they don’t operate at full capacity on Sundays. The restaurant was also closed that day which was a huge inconvenience. Wifi is not easily available in Spain in generally but particularly difficult in Seville. You must get some data on your cellphone prior to leaving the airport, they didn’t even have wifi at the bus station.

This place was perfect for us it looks so Spanish . You feel like you’re in a seen from the movie Zorro . Alexandra was amazing and very helpful. My wife and love the place . We had a car which was very helpful.

Fascinating building, good value.

Very grand edifice and andalucian hacienda style. Spacious and interesting. Good value. Let down by the little things. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Thermostat in room didn't affect temp so 24-25° throughout in Jan. But overall excellent value in an interesting building.

A charming property that is in need of renovation. We booked the hotel because it had air conditioning (it was warm for late October) only to learn that the air conditioning was already switched over to heat. We therefore had to open the window and the street noise was excessive .

Not worth your money :(

I will start by saying that the price is great, and the staff are very kind. The rooms are pretty and I wasn’t too hot despite the 90/40+ degree temperatures outside. That is where the pros end, unfortunately. The mini fridge in our room wasn’t working, and it hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our stay, so there was nowhere to store food or drinks. There were extra blankets in the closet, but the one that is on the bed is so thin that it’s basically just a sheet. The pillows were horrifically uncomfortable, and I usually don’t say things like that. Dinner was fine, decently affordable but got old after the second day. We took a taxi to get dinner elsewhere on our third night. Breakfast was awful and should have been complimentary for how little there was. I hate to say it, but I feel like the hotel management counts on their remoteness and charges whatever they want for food in hopes that visitors will be too lazy to go elsewhere. The lobby is clean and smells great, but everything else just wasn’t up to par in terms of cleanliness. The door to our bathroom was broken, or just poorly maintained. It didn’t fit, I guess, because there was a loud screeching noise every time I tried to close it. I was afraid I’d broken it the first time, but I heard the same sound coming from multiple rooms. I had high hopes for this four-star hotel, but I can say with confidence that it isn’t worth four stars, or your money. I’m sorry to the hotel staff, you all were very kind.

Cheap but not soo cheerful. Receptionist friendly but check in was slow as on her own. Entrance area looks grand. Room ok but aircon was not good. Fridge didn't chill anything properly, no kettle to have morning tea or coffee, not what I'd expect from 4 star. Pool and gardwn small, bins not emptied although were full at 6pm in evening and still full at midday the next day. Cigarette end all over grass and sugar sachets/napkins on floor. Cafeteria supposed to be open til midnight, lights off and shut about half hour before that!! Stayed in better equiped 2 star hotels. Some free toiletries, comb and shoe polish kit do not make up for other shortfalls

Lovely, friendly hotel

The hotel is located well to access Valencina de la Conception, Gines and Seville. Hotel YIT Vereda Real has a lovely, spacious reception area with clean and comfortable rooms. The reception staff were friendly and helpful--one particular receptionist was lovely as she helped me to communicate in Spanish. The only problem for me was the lack of of an iron-as I was visiting for a Christening event.

We stay in the grand floor next to the front dest the room quite clean but noise from the lobby and from the house keeping next door. The shower door is big hole is wet to out side door. I'm not sure it is ward part of the hotel or not as the price is on offer then we got this room. Stuff friendly the girl call Natalia at the bar is very very friendly and helpfull.
