Lovely city. Apartment location great for sightseeing.
Great location and price. Owner was very helpful as we arrived really early but we arranged for ourcases to be held at owners apartment next door until apartment was ready.

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood
I have just spent a month intros apartment. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds are so comfy and the apartment has everything you need. The neighbourhood is so friendly and welcoming. There are neighbourhood cafes, the supermarket is a few minutes walk and the Turin Park is also a few minutes walk. I highly recommend it. Jose and Fina are gracious hosts.

Perfect location and owners
Perfect host, cozy place. Supermarket is in 30 sec from the place. You can find all the supplies in a kitchen. Sometimes was a problem with hot water in a shower. Noisy starting from 9am, because of some shop (?) on the first floor of a building.

Spacious and comfortable
We enjoyed our 4 day stay here. We came into Valencia by bus and wanted something close to the bus station. This apartment was six blocks away. The hosts live next door and were very kind and helpful. The apartment has three bedrooms and two baths, so it was very spacious for a couple, but the price was also reasonable. Having his and hers bathrooms was nice. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer. The other places where we've stayed on this trip had just a washing machine and a clothesline. The location is good. It's on the street where bus line 98 takes you to the BioParc. It's 4 blocks to line 95 that takes you to the City of Arts and Sciences. It's two blocks to the Line 28 stop that takes you right to Plaza Reina in the heart of the old city.

Lovely, well equipped apartment in great location
Our family of 5 with 3 children had a great stay in Jose's apartment. It was really well furnished, very clean and had everything we needed. Jose and his wife left nice little touches for us which we really appreciated. The apartment is a very short walk to the Turia park, the team stop at Reus and many other amenities. We felt completely safe walking around at night, there are many other families in the area. There is so much for children to do in Valencia, we rented bikes for half a day for €24, walked the whole stretch of the Turia with its playgrounds every 100 yards or so, climbed up medieval towers, went to the beach, went to the zoo (best one we have ever been to), played in a free lego play centre and many other things. As other people have said there is a lot of noise at night so do bear this in mind but we were so tired after long days exploring we slept through it. Overall we would happily recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment just outside the old town
We found the apartment to be very well equipped, with excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was small, but again very well equipped. As other reviews have noted, there can be quite a bit of traffic noise, but that has to be expected in the third largest city in Spain. If you are prepared for a fifteen minute walk into the old town, this apartment is a great choice.

The house is renovated but the bathrooms are to small and the door from the first bathroom is not good, they have to fix it. And a little bit noisy in the morning from the shops down below. But the house is near the city and the owner José is very friendly and helpfull.

A Week in Valencia
Five of us had a fantastic week staying in Jose's apartment it's in a fantastic position a 10minute walk to the old town and 2 minutes from the Tram station of Reus which takes you to the beech. Nearby local bars and restaurants all very reasonably priced and all authentic Spanish, only 50meters away is the supermarket also there are plenty of smaller shops selling everything you could need. Jose was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment has everything you need and is a fantastic base for any trip to Valencia.

Wonderful wish we had stayed longer.
Owners were warm and friendly and helpful. Home is bright and nicely decorated. Kitchen was stocked with the little essentials. Location is great 20 min walk to historic city. Beds very comfortable.
