This lovely penthouse is Located right behind TORRES DE SERRANOS in one of the most charismatic areas of Valencia, in the heart of the old town "EL CARMEN". The area is surrounded by historical sights, museums, restaurants and bars.
Ideal for couples or families with kids.
It is the last floor of a three story - building and It is perfect to accomodate couples and families with 2 children. Its easy to access as it has a key operated elevator with direct access.
The penthouse has the living area, kitchen, bathroom and 7 balconies in the first level and in the second, one bedroom, bathroom with shower, one balcony and rooftop terrace.
The living area is wide and bright, thanks to its 5 balconies facing the sun and with a great view on the Torres de Serrano and Plaza de los Fueros. Is equipped with a dining table and 6 seats, the sofa bed, flat screen TV and Sat receiver.
Independent kitchen with a movable door. Is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. It also has access to one balcony.
One bathroom with WC, sink, no shower and access to one balcony.
The bedroom is in the second level and it has one double bed, bathrom with shower + bidet, air conditioning, one balcony and access to the most amazing private terrace in the neighbourhood.
The best of all is its 25 m of Terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or a romantic dinner under the light of the moon! It has an amazing view on the Serranos Towers and the rest of the neighbourhood. During the day you can get some sun tent and relax with a "cerveza ".
It has great central calefaction, air conditioning free WiFi and a washing machine.
The penthouse is equipped with all the basics for a normal living. If during your stance you find that you miss something, we'll try to provide as soon as possible.

After your reservation we'll send you a dossier with some useful basic information for your arrival in Valencia.
Orinda or Carlos will meet you upon your arrival, check you in at the apartment, give you the keys and explain everything.
You will be provided with linens and towels.

The Penthouse is located at the very entrance to the old town of Valencia, barrio El Carmen, right behind the Torres de Serranos, next to the old river channel.

It's within walking distance of historical sights and monuments like Plaza de la Virgen, the Cathedral, Central Market, Silk Exchange building and many more, such as museums like Museum of modern art, arqueological museum, museum of fine arts, benlliure museum, etc.

Also you have a lot of fine restaurants, bars and pubs where to enjoy during day and night in Valencia.

Closeby is Calle Colón in which surroundings you'll find all the options you need for a day of shopping.

Just downstairs, you have the old river channel. With a length of 9 km it stretches from the Oceanografic until Biopark and it's a beautiful park and a perfect option to escape into the green without leaving the very center of the city.

We'll have a dossier ready for you with our personal recomendations in different languages (English, German, Italian, Spanish), so you have some directions, not just as a tourist, but as an insider ... this is very important when it comes to, where to eat a PROPER paella:-)

Direccions:
Right next to penthouse, you have several bus stations with different bus lines that'll take you basically anywhere (America's Cup Port, Oceanografic, Bioparc, etc.).
Across the river bed, you'll find different tram as well as metro lines.
