Calm and Cosy

This simple 20m² ground-floor apartment is a great pick for couples, small families, or friends who want a comfy, no-fuss place to stay.

It’s got an open-plan layout with a double bed and a sofa bed, so it can sleep up to 3 people. The kitchen comes with all the basics for cooking, plus a dishwasher to make cleanup easier. You’ll also have a washing machine and iron if you need to do laundry.

We’ve got you covered with fresh towels, bed linens, and a few toiletries to get you started.

Just a heads up: Being on the ground floor means the sofa bed is closer to the street, so there may be a bit of noise. The front door also opens directly onto the street—no porch or entryway. A special phone app is also needed to access the home so some technological knowledge is necessary.

Being a ground floor apartment at street level, it can be a bit humid and, at times, some insects may appear despite regular cleaning. The property does not have windows but has good ventilation.

We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The neighbourhood of La Malva-rosa faces Malvarrosa Beach, part of a long sandy stretch that spans the city. Souvenir and beachwear shops sit alongside cafes and casual eateries serving burgers or paella on the beachfront. In summer, raucous bars stay open late. Inland is a scattering of Spanish eateries that are popular with locals. Casa-Museo de Blasco Ibáñez is the Valencian writer's restored former home and garden.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, La Malva-rosa - Gran Canària, is just a 2-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Perfect location, mins walk to Malva-Rosa beach and nearby surrounding eateries, convenience shops,& services. The property is a good size, open plan living area and kitchen. Fits two comfortably. Very good a/c!We found the surrounding area quiet, so being on ground floor road was not an issue. Enjoyed our short stay ( 3 nights).

Two nights in Valencia

Valencia was our 3rd stop after Madrid and Barcelona. The unit a was apparently a converted store front a few blocks back from the beach and boardwalk. It had everything we needed including a washer/dryer combo unit. It took a while to dry clothes but worked well otherwise. The bed was very comfortable. The unit is on ground level of a somewhat busy street so there is some noise to deal with but this didn't turn out to be an issue for us. Be aware restaurants near by tend to close earlier than expected. Communication from the host was excellent. Check in instructions were very clear which I appreciated after having some issues in Madrid. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Nette kleine Wohnung – kein Fenster

Kleine hübsche Wohnung, vermutlich in einer ehemaligen Garage eingebaut. Im Stadtteil Malva-Rosa abseits der Touristen nahe am Strand, wo die normalen Menschen leben. Super nette, typisch spanische Bars direkt um die Ecke, wo sich die Einheimischen aufhalten und man für 3 einen Kaffe und Tomatentoast bekommt. Kleiner Nachteil: die Wohnung hat kein Fenster, keinen Ausblick und der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustüre ab. Ab 6 Uhr morgens wird es laut … Ich würde in Valencia aber eh immer nur das Fahrrad mit dem Valenbisi Dienst nehmen, so lange die Temperaturen noch OK sind. Leihfahrräder um die Ecke.Die Pizzeria auf dem direkt angrenzenden Platz ist gut.
Stadtstrand von Valencia 5 Minuten zu Fuss.
