The deposit of 900 euro is required and has to be paid one week before arrival through an external link sent via email. The deposit gets returned in a maximum of 7 days after your check out.
HOUSE RULES
1.In order to have access to the accommodation you need to complete the check-in online first and pay the deposit through the email we will send you. Once the accommodation has been checked for any possible damage, you will receive a refund of the deposit during a maximum of 7 working days after your check out.
2. The deposit is valid only for any possible damage caused to the property.
3.The bills are included in the price up to 5€/day.
4.Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We would appreciate it if you let us know your arrival and departure time.
5.The customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you intend to arrive outside of these hours, please make sure that you have received and understood the instructions.
6. Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.
7. One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests.
8. The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons.
9. The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage.
10. Between 10pm and 9am are the quiet hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time.

13. Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.
14. Additional person fee is 40 Euros per night per person, plus commission that could be charged through the deposit.

16. Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantities and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc.
17. If you require an invoice please let us know before your stay has been completed with the details to be able to modify the invoice.
18. Please put the trash in the trash containers on the street.
19. On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you.
