This property was built by Exxon decades ago for the workers on site to clean up the Exxon Valdez oil spill. It’s dated but it’s mostly clean. The rooms are extremely small but the beds were comfortable. There are no bedside tables and limited charging / electrical outlet access. They do have good WiFi. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. If you’re looking for a nice luxurious hotel, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a relatively clean budget place to sleep, Keystone is great for that.

Great staff, very helpful and pleasant. Riding my Harley, was allowed to park under awning. The breakfast was limited, but was attended and kept fresh and adequately stocked. Simple rooms (old man camp from the pipeline), I slept like a baby! A great economically priced hotel, I highly recommend this place!

We arrived late at the hotel as we drove from Fairbanks to Valdez. The staff were very courteous and considerate to leave a message & the key so we can able to get into our room as the reception is open only up to 8 pm for check in. Overall, the building is at the old town of Valdez, close to the ferry, price was reasonable, staff were friendly, a good place to crash in for a night after a long drive. The sausage was yummy at breakfast 😊
