Nordic retreat with wilderness bath near Marielyst

The vacation home is designed as a sanctuary where everyday life takes a break. Here, time moves a little slower, and the best vacation memories are made around meals, games, and quiet moments together.

When you step inside, you’ll find the heart of the house—the large, bright living area where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together. Here, one person can cook while others relax on the sofa, without anyone missing out on the togetherness. The decor is light and simple, inspired by Nordic cottage style, and large windows invite nature inside.

Outside, you’ll find the area around the wilderness spa—a little sanctuary within a sanctuary. Here, you can start your day with morning coffee or end it under the stars in the warm water. The garden is green and peaceful, with plenty of space for play and relaxation, and the large terrace is perfect for long summer dinners and barbecue evenings.

A short walk takes you to the wide sandy beach, while the Golf & Fun Park, cozy cafés, and Marielyst Torv are nearby. Perfect for families with children looking for fun and adventures, or couples and friends who want to enjoy peace and quiet, long beach walks, and relaxed evenings with street food and a summery atmosphere.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at René and Christina’s house, and our city-dwelling dog especially loved the big yard. The bikes were also a highlight—they gave us even more flexibility when getting around. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. 💕
