Super freundliches Personal, direkter Seezugang

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal von Anfang bis Ende so dass man wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben ist! Dass Hotel top und Essen fein ist, muss gar nicht mehr erwähnt werden ;) Danke auch dann Hermann den Saunameister, der mich hier das erste Mal beim Eisbaden im See, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet nach der Sauna begleitet hat!

Tolle Lage am See

Ein sehr gutes Essen sowie Frühstück. Die Lage am See und trotzdem in der Stadt ist super. Das Haus ist modern gestaltet mit einem schönen SPA Bereich und vor allem auch im Sommer mit dem direkten Seezugang ein Hit.

Bra helpensionslösning med toppservice. Snyggt, rent och välutrustat hotell med full Spa-anläggning. Familjedrivet hotell med omtanke. Regionen erbjuder mycket olika aktiviteter, vintersport men även vandring, mountain-biking etc resten av året. Bergslandskap med spektakulära vyer och väldigt omväxlande natur.

Das Zimmer mit großem Balkon ,sowie die Hotelausstattung war sehr ordentlich und wunderschön dekoriert, Service vom Peronal sehr gut,war sehr bemüht und überaus freundlich,uns wurde jeder zusätzliche Wunsch sofort erfüllt,Lage des Hotels sehr gut,man kann alles schnellst möglich mit dem Auto erreichen oder hat unzählige Möglichkeiten direkt vom Hotel aus,Preis Leistung war für dieses Hotel völlig i.O..Das Essensangebot zusätzlich mittags und nachmittags bei Halbpension war phantastisch und das Abendessen haben wir genossen,ein großes Lob an die Küche.Wir haben uns im Ritzenhof sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt ,können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen .

die Zimmer sind wirklich nicht 4 Stern tauglich (siehe Fotos). keine Minibar, kein Haustelefon, kein Tisch auf dem Balkon, der Lattenrost durchgebrochen, der Schrank sichtlich unprofessionell zusammengeschraubt, die Kabel von der Lampe mit Isolierband umwickelt usw. kein 4 Stern Niveau. Der Preis von 191,10€ für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück ist total überzogen für diesen Standard.

Dette hotellet kan anbefales til alle som ønsker en rolig atmosfære i nydelig natur,ingen støy fra uteliv,god personlig service og et trivelig hotellrom med utsøkt renhold. Maten var i en klasse for seg med utrolige smaksopplevelser. Vi besøkte hotellet i 5 døgn og fikk en av våre aller beste hotellopplevelser. Hotellets egne shuttle-busser fraktet oss til skibakkene Leogang og Maria Alm på 20 minutter.

War befruflich im Ritzenhof; komme bestimmt wieder

Ich wurde vom Besitzer und seiner Frau persönlich am Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Hotel gefahren. Der Empfang im Hotel war herzlicher und warmer und wurde mit einem Willkommens-Prosecco an der Hotelbar abgerundet. Das Zimmer ist einladend und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel kann ich auf jeden Fall für berufliche und sicherlich für private Anlässe höchstens empfehlen.

Relax in luxury!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful place. The service was outstanding, always someone to service or help you out. 5-6 course diners with great food. The spa looks amazing allthough we did not use it because of the heathwave, so we have to come back for that. Definitely a must for people who love to relax in luxury.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt, Atmosphäre und Gastfreundschaft im Ritzenhof ausserordendlich genossen!! Das tolle Wetter des Sommers 2015 hat diese Destination für uns atraktiver gemacht als ein Aufenthalt am Meer!

+ Schönes Hotel, große Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, freundliches Personal - leider hat das Fitnessstudio ausschließlich am Nachmittag geöffnet gehabt, weshalb ich die Räumlichkeiten leider nicht nutzen konnte. Vielleicht kann man diesen Hinweis an Geschäftsreisende geben, die am nächsten Tag wieder früh weiter reisen.
