Our family villa set in the balmy suburb of Umhlanga on the warm east coast of South Africa boast 5 large bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and 1 guest w/c. The main bedroom has its own en suite and walk in closet with his and hers showers/wash basins and bath tub. Seperate w/c. All bedrooms has a/c. Main bedroom has King extra length bed with flat screen tv(Netflix/showmax/Amazon). The sliding doors open out to the garden and partial sea views. The remainder 4 bedrooms have Queen extra length beds, large sliding doors and windows with garden view.
Our home is designed around family and entertainments, so there is natural light that streams in from windows and doors througout the villa. The modern contemporary kitchen has cesarstone countre tops and is fully functional with seperate scullery/washup area. The dining room seats 10 guests and flows beautifully from the kitchen area. Seperate coffee/drinks bar leads off from the dining area. Doors open upn onto the garden and pool deck. Sunken lounge with sofa for 10-12 guests. Flat screen tv with Netflix, Showmax Amazon.
The lounge has A/C.

The study/libaray : Perfect for lazy afternoon reading on a deep sofa with a fireplace and maybe a glass of wine.

The garden has a 21m swimming pool with shallow end for kiddies. Pool deck with boma/bar area, movable sofas and pool lounges to soak up the African sun.

Large garden trampoline for the kiddies.

BBQ area on our wooden deck with comfy sofas.

Garage for 4 cars as well as onsite parking.

We have 2 housekeepers who will clean and do the laundry
2 Grounds men who will take care of the gardens and pool area and set up your bbq for you.
