About this property

Ihr Zuhause im Urlaub - Familiär und Komfortabel

The Lärchenwald vacation home is located on the sunny high plateau of Niederthai at 1,550 meters above sea level. Thanks to its location away from the Ötztal highway, Niederthai and the Lärchenwald vacation home are the epitome of peace and relaxation in every season.

The vacation apartment, which accommodates 2–4 people, features a bedroom, a living room with a tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe, and a furnished south-facing terrace.

In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails start right at your doorstep. Numerous alpine pastures and huts invite you to linger and recharge your batteries. Swimming lakes, swimming pools, many open mountain railways, a kids’ fun park, via ferrata routes, and much more offer something for every taste in the Ötztal. With the Ötztal Card, you can use virtually all recreational facilities in the Ötztal for free. You can purchase the Ötztal Card directly at our hotel.

Guaranteed snow and plenty of sunshine. Right in front of our hotel, you can strap on your cross-country skis and leave your tracks across the high plateau on the 20 km of perfectly groomed cross-country trails. The small but charming family ski area in Niederthai is especially suitable for children and beginners. The ski lifts and the local ski school are just a few minutes’ walk away. For those who want to enjoy the gentle winter to the fullest, there are countless options—snowshoe hikes through pristine forests and high valleys, numerous open mountain huts and snack stands, 2 toboggan runs, ski tours up to 3,300 meters, building snowmen, snowball fights, and much more.

Guests at our property receive the “Niederthai Card”—the guest card for your winter vacation—starting on the first day of your stay with us. With the Niederthai Card, you can enjoy numerous services and discounts. This card is included in the apartment rate and is valid for the duration of your stay.
