Villa Val di Luce - Homelike Villas

Villa Val di Luce is made up of four charming and perfectly restored apartments that are equipped with all the modern amenities in an historic farm close to Preggio, a wonderful village in Umbria founded in the tenth century and located on the border between Tuscany and Lake Trasimeno.

The farmhouse is an independent building of 320 square meters on two floors with five double bedrooms and a large living area with fireplace, sofas and a huge kitchen. Antique furnishings coexist with the most modern technologies. A large outdoor patio can be used by the guests to enjoy amazing views overlooking the valley and the salty swimming pool with sun loungers and a gazebo useful for snacks and appetizers at any time. Additionally to make also the children happy, there is also available a mini-soccer field. Inside the estate, in fact, there is a wonderful organic farm where sheep and lambs are cattle and different types of cereals are grown. Here it is also produced excellent olive oil in a traditional stone mill.
