Important information for your stay

The photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter.

A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.

The cost of utilities is not included in the cost of stay and will be calculated on consumption. Payment will be made at check-out with cash. The latest bill price will apply.

Pets are NOT allowed.

For check-ins from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (late check-in) there is a supplement of € 40.00. € 80.00 after midnight. All requests for late check-ins are subject to confirmation by the host.

Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge. The property is not available for parties. For bookings exceeding 30 days, a registered rental contract is mandatory.
