It is quiet, but there are many services nearby such as bank, post office, ATM, bars, restaurants, nearby there are many types of pebble, rocky and sandy beaches, there is no shortage of pine trees or other vegetation near the beaches to protect from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. In the centre of Umag you can visit the museum and aquarium, walk along the Umag embankment, stroll through the narrow and interesting streets of the old town or visit the stalls on the promenade or take the children to the playground on the promenade. There are various recreational options nearby: tennis courts, golf with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, nightclubs, various boat or bus trips.
