This charming holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic villa with a large, well-maintained garden and freshwater pool in Savudrija, just 70 metres from the sea. The apartment offers 43 m² of living space and a 24 m² furnished terrace with sea view, equipped with a table, chairs, awning and clothes horse.



The air-conditioned living, dining and cooking area (16 m²) is equipped with satellite TV, a sofa bed for two people, a round dining table for four persons, and a kitchen block integrated like a cupboard with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, sink, 2-plate cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle, cutlery and crockery. The separate bedroom (21.5 m²) offers a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, mirror, and additional seating with a table and two chairs. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
