Main House – Sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, featuring a full kitchen, dining area, and two living rooms. A trundle bed adds extra versatility for kids.

Detached Granny Flat – Sleeps up to 3 guests, with a Queen + sofa bed & private ensuite. Perfect for grandparents, teenagers, or couples seeking privacy while staying connected.

Outdoor Living – Enjoy a large covered verandah with BBQ and outdoor dining setting, a fully fenced backyard, and space for up to four vehicles. Perfect for lazy afternoons, summer dinners, and letting the kids or pets play safely.

Both the front and backyards are fully fenced, providing secure outdoor space for families and pets.

🛏️ We kindly ask that pets stay downstairs on the tiled areas of the main house and avoid carpeted or bedroom spaces.
🧼 Pet mattresses are provided (stored in the laundry near the washing machine).
🚿 An outdoor surf shower is available — perfect for rinsing off sandy paws after beach walks.
