I made the reservation for one of our speakers. She showed up with a hotel confirmation number, and it was not honored. She was told there were no rooms available, yet was "offered" a suite, and had to pay for it. I am waiting for a full refund of the reservation I made, to reimburse at least part of her expenses. This is a negative review, we will not continue promoting the hotel during our business venues!

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and inviting. The breakfast was lacking protein of any kind but if you wanted, cereal, toaster waffles, toast, or bagels there was plenty of that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
