A peaceful and tranquil resort that completely lived up to our expectations. The pool area was beautiful, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary tour of the hotel’s historic underground olive oil cave was truly fascinating.

We stayed three nights at Borgo Mulino a Vento and everything was sensational. Impeccable service. Beautiful, well-maintained, romantic place. Excellent breakfast and dinner. We were very well attended to at dinner by Anna. The room is simpler than the common areas of the hotel, but in no way does it detract from the stay. The only drawback would be the size of the shower stall, which is very small. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Otranto. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We spent 5 nights there and were really impressed by the place. It was really clean, nicely kept and the staff were super friendly. The pool and the surrounding area was really beautiful. The breakfast was varied and good, the cappuccino was really good like you would get from a coffee place. We would like to mention Valentina by name who was really knowledgeable snd helpful about what to do in the surrounding area of Puglia, and what day trips to take and what we should see and visit. We appreciated this very much. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Mari & Omid.

A gem

What a joy to discover this family-run resort that clearly promotes the local community. The pool is huge and the resort is super-cosy. A terrific base for discovering Salento and easy access to both coasts. Whether you’re a family, couple, or solo, you will feel at home.

Such a stunning find. A personable hotel, we were gifted an upgraded room for my birthday. I didn’t expect such a chic hotel, the staff were super friendly, the coffees delicious, breakfasts stunning. The cheese trolley with homemade cheese and homemade olive oil was sensational. I would absolutely love to come and stay here again. We were so lucky to stay here. The pool areas with cabanas were fabulous. Just what we needed after a busy few days.
