Vacation Apartment "Scheu" with Garden, Terrace & Wi-Fi

The modern vacation apartment "Scheu", newly built in 2021, is situated in a quiet, green hillside location and yet is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Überlingen and the shores of Lake Constance. The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV.

Enjoy relaxing hours on the private covered terrace, equipped with a comfortable seating area, whether having breakfast in the morning or a glass of Bodensee wine in the evening. The property also has a communal garden where you will occasionally discover the hosts' two cats.

In 8-12 minutes on foot you can reach the old town of Überlingen with its numerous shops, restaurants, bistros and cafés. Here you can take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside promenade, enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Constance or take a boat trip to the flower island of Mainau. You can reach a supermarket after 1 km (13 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car). The train and bus station is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation (650 m). The nearest beach, Strandbad West, is a 20-minute walk (1.7 km) away, right next to the spa.

Parking is available on the property. From the car park, guests have to walk down a few steps to the holiday home (9 steps).

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See und in der Innenstadt. Es ist sehr ruhig und durch die tiefere Lage der Wohnung ist es auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Sehr ruhig gelegene, gepflegte Wohnung.

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie beantwortete unsere Fragen und wünsche zeitnah. Cons: Die Lüftungsanlage ist Nachts störend gewesen, da Sie immer in Schüben lief und pausierte und das in kurzen abständen. Dem Mann hat es sehr zu schaffen gemacht.

Eine sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene FeWo

Pros: Wohnung und Einrichtung sind neu und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Autoverkehr ist nicht zu hören. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz vor dem Haus steht zur Verfügung. Das Stadtzentrum von Überlingen ist zu Fuß — und erst recht mit dem Rad - schnell zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker ist nicht weit entfernt. Einen großen EDEKA-Markt erreicht man schnell mit dem Rad und natürlich mit dem Auto. Die FeWo können wir wirklich empfehlen.

Überlingen ist eine Reise wert

Ich kann die Ferienwohnung empfehlen! Für zwei Personen einfach perfekt. Gut ausgestattet. Bequemes Sofa und Bett :-) Küche gut ausgestattet! Mit der Gästekarte kommt man gut an die anderen Orte. Das Auto konnte stehen bleiben. So konnten wir gut entspannen und viele Orte besichtigen.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Ort. Der Fußweg bis zur Stadtmitte ist ca. 15 Minuten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub am Bodensee verbracht.
