I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent 9-day stay, booked through your service.
We booked this accommodation specifically for three senior citizens, selecting a room configuration that included one king-size bed and one single bed to ensure their comfort and safety. However, upon arrival, we were provided with a double room and an extra mattress placed on the floor.
Providing a floor mattress for senior guests—especially when a specific bed configuration was confirmed—is entirely unacceptable and constitutes a significant misrepresentation of your services.
Furthermore, we encountered several issues regarding the room’s maintenance and amenities:
Safety Hazard: Upon arrival, the washroom floor was dangerously slippery. We had to immediately call room service to have it properly cleaned before it was safe to use.
Lack of Amenities: The television service was inadequate, providing only a limited selection of free-to-air channels. For a long-term stay of nine days, the lack of standard entertainment channels is a poor reflection of your service standards.
As a valued customer, I feel misled by the discrepancy between the confirmed booking and the actual facilities provided.
