The hotel staff were super helpful and polite. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The room was big and nice, and the view of the lake from the rooftop was beautiful. The breakfast and the food from the restaurant were very nice. We only had some issues with the hot water in the shower.

Breakfast menu was repetitive but delicious. Lake view was good but basic amenities were missing from the room like chair, table, almirah. Deep cleaning definitely is a must and some upgrades in the fixtures could have resulted in a better experience.

We did not stay at the hotel. It was dirty smelly and the entrance to the hotel was lined with poo. In The room the waste bin had spit and dirt and muck on it. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom and toilets were not clean. We could not stay there for these reasons. We would like a full refund. Also the cost online is much cheaper to what we paid to Expedia.we were not happy with the service and the pictures and reviews given on Expedia.com were misleading It was claustrophobic. We left the hotel to another which was much better and cleaner and actually cost less.
