This is the welcome respite from the hectic streets of Ubud Center City. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The amenities are top notch. The setting is peaceful and provides a gentle oasis.

Best place to stay in Bali

I stayed at 5 different places during my trip and this was the best accommodation. It's in the center of ubud center. Meaning all the tourist attractions are in walking distance and lots of places for shopping and eating and spa! I stayed here while touring the area and went to another resort for just one night to see the iconic ubud view. Stayed in a room next to the pool so I jumped into the pool straight from my room. Had very minor problems with the bathtub but overall it was a fantastic stay. I'm definitely coming back here if I get to come to bali again. I'm giving it a 10 out of 10.

Exceptional Hotel Brilliant staff- Can not get better customer service anywhere. Staff went out of their way to ensure that both my wife and I had an absolute luxurious experience The Hotel is in a superb location right in the centre of Ubud yet it feels like you are in the middle of nature. The breakfast was excellent and the the staff at the breakfast bar were brilliant, professional, caring and extremely friendly. Mi would rate this hotel as exceptional and definitely a luxury 5 star hotel

Wonderful hotel that has everything from comfortable room that was optically pleasing to great service to good location. Staff was very welcoming and very accommodating to requests, making sure our stay was perfect. The restaurant on premise was one of the best places we've eaten at (and we've been to many many restaurants) both for included breakfast and dinner. For the day we went on tour they packed breakfast for us. Loved this place and highly recommend it.
