Despite being in the centre of Ubud, the hotel is set back from the main road and is a haven of peace. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious with a private balcony. Staff were all friendly and charming. Food was good, without being extraordinary. The high point for us was the spa, with the best view from the hotel, and really professional masseuses, who were professional and very sweet.

It was not prepared for the customer. The information on the additional fee and breakfast amount for one child was different. They emailed the extra bed fee for 1 child as 500K/night, but at the front desk it was 750K/night. There was no extra bed prepared, and the assigned room was another guest's room. The staff was kind, but I was disappointed with the disingenuous surcharge and the room that was not prepared.

The staff were incredible. The property is old and the rooms are old and decor outdated. Breakfast is fantastic. No gym in the facility which I found to be inconvenient.

Wonderful

Wonderful Hotel and Staff. I, unfortunately, arrived unwell. From the moment the staff realized that, they could not have been more helpful and caring. Every few hours a hot cup of ginger and lemon tea with honey would arrive. Making sure I ate if I wanted to, and generally enquiring about my health and comfort. The Hotel itself was an oasis to me, Set back from the road only a little and yet I felt like in the jungle. Very large, well appointed rooms, wonderful bathrooms, but most importantly, a superbly comfortable bed. Their restaurant overlooks a lovely pool and across a lush gully. I really want to return here when I am well and can really enjoy the Hotel and area. 100% recommend.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It exceeded any expectation we had. The location was awesome, walkable to everything in Ubud. But the best part was the friendly and exceptional service of the staff. The breakfast was something to look forward to every morning and the pool was amazing, being shaded and with a beautiful view. We were also able to order room service whenever we needed to and after 2 weeks the total was so reasonable! When we return we will be staying here again!

Lovely little hotel. Staff are friendly, put their hearts out to look after this place and their guests. We have a 3 years old toddler with us. Everybody has been extra attentive to us. The only downside is that the laundry service. One of my daughter’s top went missing -but it was my bad, I didn’t check it right after the package came back, but after we have moved to another hotel.

I stayed at the roof top garden villa. The room was spacious and the ensuite was expansive and good. The staff was always courteuos and smiling. There is an opportunity to vary breakfast options as it gets a bit "boring" to have the same fare every day especially if one is staying for a longer period. Another thing is that in the room, the three pin socket for power near the work desk was faulty as I could not plug in. I shared this with the electrician but he didnt quite repair as he needs to change the socket.

The resort is wonderful the only issues are the bed was so hard after a couple of nights we struggled to sleep and caused back ache, I would also suggest Air Con needs to be placed in the bathroom area as this became very hot, this was in a 1 bed villa.

I saw that this Hotel had so many 5* reviews and now I know why! What a wonderful place. Right in the hustle and bustle of Monkey Forest Road, Yet when in the hotel, it was absolutely peaceful. The rooms are huge and have everything you need, plenty of different area to lounge around! The pool is wonderful and refreshingly cool! There is free daily yoga. Free afternoon tea, the most varied and best I've ever had in Ubud. The staff are all so kind and genuinely friendly. This was my 5th trip to Ubud and I doubt it's my last. I will definitely stay here next time! Thank you to all the staff.
