There are better choices in this city

Pros: the night staff was very helpful. The two gentleman there were polite and willing to go an extra mile for make our staying nicer. BUT, the young lady behind the counter during the mornings was the worst! She should not have a job there or even in this industry. She was rude and tried to make everything harder that it had to be. Another important point: this hotel has a policy that all personal identification documents are copied and kept at the hotel (and who knows where else) for six months. That's a huge privacy issue. They claim that it's the law, but it is not! This policy is actually illegal since they keep personal information unsafe and through unreliable sources. In another words: if you care about your private information, stay away from this place!

O hotel por si só atendeu a viagem, café da manhã bom, frigobar cheio porém a água poderia ser de garrafa de 500mL e o que não gostei foram as manchas no lençol da cama, como a foto mostra.

Muito bom café da manhã.

O hotel oferece boas condições. O café da manhã foi ótimo. Não gostei da cama, colchão muito mole e parecia meio penso. Fiquei apenas uma noite, se fosse para ficar mais tempo, teria pedido para trocar de quarto devido ao colchão.

Tive uma estadia boa. Quarto com tamanho bom, com cama confortável e uma exelente ducha no banheiro. Café muito bom. Como sugestão, deveriam avisar que não teria serviço de arrumação de quarto aos domingos, pois fiquei hospedado por 6 dias no hotel, e no domingo não tivemos arrumação no quarto e troca de toalhas.
