Passando para agradecer aí anfitrião Ari pelos dias que estivemos hospedados em seu apartamento, lugar maravilhoso bem familia mesmo, tivemos a férias que foi planejada. Condomínio maravilhoso, AP limpinho, com tudo o que precisávamos, o zelador foi extremamente educado e prestativo conosco, resumindo foi tudo perfeito pudemos desfrutar do pedacinho das maravilhas de Deus, já planejando nosso retorno. Lugar funcional e muito agradável !

Muito bom o local , o condomínio, a localização e muito atencioso o dono do imóvel! Tudo ocorreu maravilhosamente bem ! Muito próximo à praia , 5 minutos a pé , com um brinde , supermercado ao lado do condomínio!! Condomínio muito sossegado , seguro e com ambiente familiar !! Recomendo a todos e voltarei com certeza , quando for novamente a Ubatuba, lugar INCRÍVEL! Obrigado à tds por essas férias de muita alegria e paz !!

Excelente!

Imóvel muito limpo e organizado, mercado e pizzaria bem ao lado, para chegar na praia é só atravessar a rua, inclusive com uma faixa de pedestre na porta do prédio, o que facilita muito. Sr. Augusto o zelador, muito atencioso e nos ajudou bastante. Condomínio tem uma ótima infraestrutura, com piscina e churrasqueira.
