Casa muito confortável

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, bem espaçosa, confortável e próxima a natureza. A Heide é super simpática e nos recebeu muito bem, só achei a praia distante da casa uns 8 minutos de carro. Mas a estadia foi ótimo, e recomendo muito!

Sempre que posso retorno (5x), Sra. Heide Negretti, tem hospitalidade nota 1000

Conheço a residencia desde o inicio que Heide disponibilizou a casa para hospedes que por sua vez também se tornaram amigos. Volto sempre que tenho oportunidade para desfrutar da casa e do paraiso do entorno (cachoeiras e praias), literalmente é imperdível conhecer ubatuba pouco a pouco.... Com relação a casa não tenho palavras para descrever, além de perceber que sempre esta preocupada com a manutenção e facilidade para servir aos hospedes. É tudo muito pratico e organizado, e com o passar dos dias sinto me em casa. Lugar para tudo até onde colocarmos nossas compras, Dona Heide deixa. Ate a próxima estadia continuarei fazendo o boca a boca. A Rosana e meu sobrinho adoraram tb. Festa da Tainha perfeita, faleu. Grande abraço Anna Leonor B Souza Brito

Maranduba praia encantadora

O imóvel tem uma boa estrutura das acomodações, porém, o acesso à praia de Maranduba e outras somente de carro, embora, já esteja descrito na especificação da casa é um ponto a ser estudado pelos futuros hóspedes. A proprietária não é flexível como está exposto no seu resumo da propriedade, quanto a entrada , pois, externando que estávamos num grupo 13 pessoas(sendo 05 crianças menores de 12 anos) nos cobrou a diária cheia sem qualquer desconto. Um ponto que não gostei e aí foi minha da proprietária permanecer no local, além de possuir cachorros. Em linhas gerais é o que observei deste imóvel.

Sossego e tranquilidade

Casa muito aconchegante, bem equipada, comercio pra compras de ultima hora próximo. rua tranquila, passaros e muito verde á vontade. Dá para descansar e revigorar. Praias nas redondezas maravilhosas. Super recomendo!

Imóvel completo e aconchegante

Uma casa completa de tudo aquilo que precisamos para uma boa estadia, passamos dias muito felizes em família. Recomendo apenas isolar a cachorra em algum local mais afastado da área dos visitantes, pois os latidos assustaram nos primeiros dias. De resto super recomendo.

Casa super confortável

Eu e minha família nos hospedamos nesta casa, que é super confortável e totalmente equipada. Acomoda até 17 pessoas com total conforto. A área de lazer é excelente com piscina e churrasqueira. A casa é super bem cuidada e limpa. A casa fica perto da praia de Maranduba e de facilidades como Supermercado e demais comércios. Adoramos tudo!

Casa super confortável, com todos os utensílios de casa, colchoes otimos e não colchonetes, travesseiros sem cheiro. Recomendo sem dúvida. Pena ter que voltar a rotina. Casa muito confortável, amplo espaço para toda a família.

O imóvel fica um pouco afastado da praia e mais próximo da serra, o que torno o lugar tranquilo e aconchegante para os amantes do sossego. A casa é muito boa e conta com toda a estrutura para a família.

Maravilhoso

Adoramos a casa, e fomos muito bem recebidos pela Sra. Heide. A casa e ampla arejada e confortavel, lindissima. Todos os itens desccritos no site estavam impecaveis na casa. Piscina limpa, banheiros limpos e todos com chuveiros grandes, cozinha equipada e a area da churrasqueira tambem. A dona da casa Sra Heide sempre muito simpatica, mora na parte de cima da casa, não se incomodou com nossa presença e nem nos com a presença dela. Heide, agradecemos a hospedagem e voltaremos com certeza.

Muito boa casa, confortável, em condições de receber vários veranistas.

Dispõe de tudo para facilitar quem gosta de cozinhar, geladeira enorme, churrasqueira, piscina, quartos amplos e arejados, enfim um ótimo lugar para curtir uns dias de férias.gostaria de ressaltar a limpeza, higiene e a Boa qualidade dos colchões. Pena que fiquei somente 4 dias e peguei tempo muito chuvoso. Posso informar que em relação ao custo benefício é ótimo. Considerando as vantagens pela permanência que tive, recomendo que vale a pena usufruir desta casa de veraneio. Excelente atendimento por parte da Sra. Heide, nos tratou com muita cortesia, sendo uma pessoa muito amável.
